Received a lot of post-earthquake material

A Nurse (church sister) kept a diary of her relief efforts in Haiti. Very interesting material. Wish I could complete the book, but I have to first go back to Haiti. Presently waiting on immigration paper work to make that possible.

Haiti Book Progress

I am determined to fly to Haiti this year to get the book a more rounded view. However due to some immigration issues I will not be able to take that trip till later on in the year. I have been receiving more information this last month that I have been archiving for the book. I am still waiting for sure on two articles. I would like to push the book towards press, but in all reality I have to have more interviews from our Haitian brethren before I would feel comfortable to move ahead. Thank-You.

Answered Prayer for Brother in Central American Country

Our brother that was facing up to eight years in prison for a crime he did not commit has been cleared today--Monday. Charges against his employer were also dropped due to a lack of evidence. A very good day for this brother and his family. Prayers can and do make a difference. When one of the brethren phoned to tell the congregation about the good news, the brother recieving the news replied he was already preparing for the thanksgiving service. May they be blessed and let us not forget the many others that may be in prison wrongfully and for the sake of the Gospel.

Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not. Jeremiah 33:3

Articles are Still Coming In

Articles are still coming in and a few that were going to be done in December have went through Janurary and now into this month. So goes. Between taxes, work and revivals it is hard to keep focus. Basically I have been working over e-mails and going over checklists in my mind about what is left. A major glitch is that the Church has been indigenous long enough that really I need to fly to Haiti and interview the brethren down there for that side of the story. So that's where I am at.
